1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the suerte99 website, mobile platform, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the suerte99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of suerte99 or any affiliated company.

suerte99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of age requirements will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions cancelled, and any funds held subject to review in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of suerte99 services, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Create only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password. suerte99 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

suerte99 reserves the right to conduct identity verification ("KYC") at any time, including before processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims. You agree to provide government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine National ID, UMID, driver's license, or passport) upon request. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure.

4. Deposits & Payments

suerte99 accepts deposits via multiple Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• suerte99 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• All deposits are subject to suerte99's anti-money laundering procedures and may be subject to verification delays.
• suerte99 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that appears to be associated with fraudulent activity.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your suerte99 account are subject to the following conditions:

• You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts held in your own name, matching your verified suerte99 account details.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Platform at the time of request.
• suerte99 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for GCash and Maya transactions during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer for bank transfers or during peak periods.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full details.
• suerte99 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, at its sole discretion.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, suerte99 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, referral rewards, or other promotional incentives. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• suerte99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or other techniques designed to exploit promotional offers, will result in the cancellation of bonuses and winnings and may result in account suspension.
• suerte99's decision in all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the suerte99 Platform operate in accordance with the rules displayed within each game environment. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that:

• All game outcomes on suerte99 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical outcomes observed via live video stream.
• Technical malfunctions void all play and wagers relating to the malfunction. suerte99 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• suerte99 reserves the right to void any wager that is placed after an event has concluded, where there has been a pricing error, or where the integrity of a game or event is in doubt.
• Decisions made by suerte99 regarding game outcomes, game validity, and dispute resolution are final.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in any game is lawful in your jurisdiction.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating in games.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime.
• Engaging in any conduct that damages the reputation or business interests of suerte99.

Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the suerte99 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, and design elements, is the property of suerte99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be reproduced, redistributed, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from suerte99.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, suerte99 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

suerte99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your suerte99 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits suerte99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Account Termination

suerte99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• suerte99 is required to do so by law, regulation, or a competent authority.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in suerte99's internal policies.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to suerte99 or other players.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting suerte99 customer support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you subject to applicable verification and withdrawal procedures. Bonus balances and related winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to suerte99's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

suerte99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, suerte99 will provide reasonable notice via email or on-site notification before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
